Blue Horse (1822 - 1908) - Native American

Chief of the Wagluhe band of Oglala Lakota. He was known as one of the first US Army Indian Scouts and signatory of the Treaty of Fort Laramie which guaranteed the Lakota ownership of the Black Hills and hunting rights in South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana.
